A large screen GPS accepting O S maps for road routes?

I knew nothing of the GPS world so a sales person sold me a a Garmin Quest which I tried to use on a recent road journey round the coast of Britain but it took me down roads better used by sheep. I am now looking for a GPS with a larg screen that takes O.S. maps as I found that the Garmin maps on the Quest are a waste of space for planning road routes on the Britiish coast. Does such a GPS exist?
