Pocket PC won't shutdown when idle with TOMTOM 2005 running!

The older version allowed my pocket pc to turn off if not in use but this TOMTOM 2005 seems to control the entire OS prevent it to shut down even though I set it to in my OS settings. DOes anyone have a hack/fix for this problem?

This is not a new issue. TTN4 had the same behaviour. There is no fix for that.
