Excellent Customer Services

I have been corresponding via email with Fortuna Cunstomer services regarding a couple of enquiries relating to XT firmware upgrades and reception in ST mode.

I have sent 6 emails to them and evey single one was responded to either immediately or within a day !!

Excellent customer services, it is rare that a company takes its customer services so seriously and i am glad that I bought a fortuna (and no i dont work for them, etc before you ask).

Credit where it is due.
