No Customer POI File found

I am trying to install a POI onto my Navman SmartSt V3 PiN 300 I did it once a few days ago and was successful. But today when I try to install I get the following error message "No POI's found in input file" and when I go to manage POI I get "No Customer POI File found on our device" I also notice that the MYPOI is missing from the list of POI's

Help please to restore

I think I found the problem, my csv file was corrupt. As soon as I tried installing a new version I no longer got the error messages.
