TTM5 in 2 cars

OK, this is what I want to do. Can anyone tell me if it is possible?

I currently have TTM5 on my C500 using the TomTom GPS unit.

Can I purchase another GPS unit, say the BT-338 and put that into my other car and have the 2 automatically working. Ie. whichever car I get in, it'll just work?

I know the GPS unit isn't big and I could just take it out but its a real hassle and I'm lazy!!!!

you would have to go into gps preferences to swap over the gps receiver,
but that is all
