Speed cameras 3.054

Can someone tell me if I need to install all the ov2 files or the single file version of speed cameras 3.054 and what is the difference or do I need to install them all? a bit confused.

You have 3 options.

1. You can load the single pocketgps_uk_sc.ov2 and .bmp, this will give you a single file containing all the cameras. It won't tell you the type of camera!

2. You can load the files from the 'ov2 bmp files' Folder. This will give you 6 sets of files, although you might not need the continental. This tells you the camera type but gives no indication of the speed.

3. You can load the Specs/Redlight/Temp files from 'ov2 bmp files' and then load the Gatso and Mobile cameras from the 'speed zoned/gatso' and 'speed zoned/mobile' Folder. This will give you 17 sets of cameras with Gatso and Mobile at different speeds where that information has been reported.

Have you read the beginner’s guide to the PocketGPSWorld camera database?

It contains information about the camera types and what the main and sub categories are. This is to allow you to decide how you want to load the camera database onto your unit and thus how you want to be alerted.
