Following on from what someone else posted about giving a postcode location to a recovery driver.

Is there a function in TT5 to discover which postcode you are actually in / nearest to?

Dosn't look like it...

But you can give then Lat and Lon, whilst this should be a much better fix it may result in waiting a lot lot longer while they go back to base to get some money so they cango to the nearest W.H Smith for an O/S map Rolling Eyes

Try this.

Switch to map view & zoom till you see the nearest house.
Set it as destination & then tap the A to B symbol.
Tap TO tab.
Tap down arrow to open either CITY or STREET
Postcode will then be shown.

Doesn't work if you set destination to a place where there in no postcoded property. You may also have to clear existing route but 'what the heck' if you are waiting for a recovery vehicle 'you ain't going nowhere' so have time to kill.
