Has anyone else completed the Navman survey yet that was emailed out to customers? This is a great opportunity to answer all the questions then fill in the 'extra comments' box. I told them what I thought of their customer service and pointed them to this forum to get a good idea of what their customers felt about issues.
I suggest everyone who has a problem do the same thing and let's get them to understand how many problems people are having.
It's potentially a great piece of kit but it could be far better. |

Was this a general survey or one for 510 owners only? I certainly haven't received an email. _________________ Tim |

Done mine!
Coments were a better night mode with a shortcut to activate.
Ability to create routes on PC and download.
Full postcode search.
Other than that, I've had very few issues with the performance and they've really been sorted as I've become more used to how it works and picking up tips from this forum! |

Sorry Tim, it's an exclusive club for 510 owners only. Don't feel sad - you can come play whenever you like. |

I think Mrs. Buxton would be looking very hard at any further GPS purchases I might make. I currently own one sleeve and two Bluetooth receivers, as well as a Garmin GPS V and an iCN635. _________________ Tim |

My wish list on the NAVMAN iCN 510 survey were:
* Full postcode search.
* Ability to download map updates more regularly.
* Better sound quality of the unit.
* Hood available as an accessory to stop sunlight falling onto the screen.
* Short cut to night mode.
Does anyone know why they survey needed to know about incomes and marital status? |

Well it's one of two things:
Either they want to find out which demographic is more likely to use the 510 OR they are onselling all the info so we all get loads of junk mail. |
