SiRF III in CF form?

Has anybody heard of any plans to make a CF GPS using SiRF III?

I have a very old Pretec CF GPS, a much newer Fortuna GPSmart BT (bluetooth + USB + screen) which has a more modern chipset, but with my LOOX 720 (which has CF and SD) I find myself using the old Pretec much more - it's just that I carry one thing and attach the PDA on my bike.

So when will we see the first SiRF III CF models?

Also is it THAT hard for someone to make a CF + bluetooth (or even why not, something like GPSmart BT + CF + SiRF III)? Would be a killer device.
After all all GPS solutions do stick a bit over CF slot so they could host a bt controller chip (anybody from a hardware company here? willing to beta test).
