Help bt-338 no longer working

I have searched all the posts on here and tried everything possible.
I setup my Globalsat BT-338 with my Axim X50v earlier this week. Everything worked fine.

Now nothing is working. I cannot even use the gpsinformation.exe program.

The Port is 7 and the baud is 4800 but it cannot find my receiver.

The bluetooth connection is setup correctly on my axim.

I performed a hard reset tonight so only the gpsinfo program is on it now. Still no luck

Try taking the battery out for a few minutes.
