Parrot CK3300 and XDAII with TomTom navigator 3

Just wanted to share my experience and save some of your time, guys out there - like me trying to connect the stuff and make the full use of the units purchased.
In my case it is Bluetooth Parrot CK3300 and XDAII with TomTom navigator 3. The only way I was able to make the both - phone and GPS signals and connection work is when during pairing "GENERAL" type of device was selected in the Parrot manue and COM5 with NMEA0183v2 9600 in my XDA II GPS setting.
As suggested "Windows Mobile or CE" worked only for the phone no GPS signal was coming through.
...For some strange / wiered reason - the same moment i god my first GPS signal from Parrot to PDA - my radio switched off and till now is "dead", but this could be just a coinsidance. Will let youguys know.
