Upgrading questions - transferring POIs etc

I've received my new upgrade today and am less then impressed. I reckon I've bought an expensive new SD card. My particular gripe is the remarkable similarity between this version of the maps and the one I already had - perhaps TT could publish a list of major map changes next time so that you can guage if it's worth buying.

But onwards: I transferred all my POIs and settings as per the instructions on the TT site but a) it didn't transfer my home base (not too much of a problem to rectify!) but b) it only transferred 4 of my favourites. Tried doing it again but same result. I've checked and the old list of favourites (about 20) is still there on the old card. They are also in Recent Destinations on the old card but not the new one - although it has some recent destinations I didn't save as favourites.

Any suggestions as to what's going wrong?

After transferring POI's and .cfg as per the instructions I get a 'No maps found!' every time.

The old SD works ok still.

And I have cleaned the new one.

Any ideas anyone?

TT have told me to send the new map back to them for repair.

Am still trying to get hold of UPS!
