GPS reciever through airport x-ray.

Dont know if this is a daft question but could an airport x-ray machine do any damage to my tt mobile bluetooth reciever?

Have heard tales in the past when i-pods came out that they shouldnt be put through,is there anything in this?

airport X rays are not harmful to electronic devices. thousands of computers and ipods are scanned every hour, and nothing happens. I mean, nothing adverse. relax... 8)

I like to look after my gps as i`d be lost without it!!
