Which is Best NMEA or SiRF

I have TT3 on an IPaq 3760 with a SysOnChip CF GPS. My question is which mode is best for TT3 NMEA or SiRF, I can push my GPS to 19200 on the NMEA mode. So which one will give me the best speed, and accuracy.

there's no difference in speed or accuracy. NMEA is more compatible.

for serial receivers the standard is NMEA 4800 which is completely sufficient.
