:D i have found the link to send an email to tomtom support!

sorry if this seems a silly post, but some of us (including myself) thought it had been removed.

if you select "support" on the front page,
and then select "product support" on the left hand side,
and finally go to the last question on page 17 you will find a link to email tomtom.

got to say, well hidden..
