TT3 Traffic CAB file

Is it possible for GPS world to add the TT3 traffic cab file to the TT downloads. I am trying to add the file to my SD card but do not know how to creat one

Do you have the setup exe? If so, simply run it from a well known folder, do not answer the first prompt but look in that folder - the CAB files have been placed there. Choose the one for the ARM processor. Mark it read only, copy it to your storage card, and then abort the setup procedure.
