I was going away last week to France and wanted to buy Mitac mio and CoPilot from them. They issued me with an order number on Friday morning, picked up the product on Friday afternoon all fully installed by them in their installation bays and have never looked back since. Must admit when they first recommended copilot was not sure as everyone rants on about tomtom, but CoPilot was faultless for the 4 days of action it saw.

I'm still waiting for a refund from an order I placed 2 weeks ago which they claim was dispatched the next day. They have not answered 3
emails and I tried twice today to ring them with no answer. One of the items I ordered is now not available from their website and I suspect it never was although the order tracking states my order was dispatched and my credit card has been debited.
