Just looking at a UK website and they have the Garmin GPSMAP 60C at £342 vs the Quest at £334. So, the Quest is pretty much identical except that it comes with City Select Europe (which costs about £150) and 4 times as much memory. Hmmm, I can't see what the GPSMAP 60c has going for it, the Quest wins hands down. Or am I missing something?
For a bike mount, check out the RAM mounts, they are very good and solid. There is no speaker or power wiring supplied with them though and I don't think the Quest has a built-in speaker - I think it normally uses the one in the cigarette lighter adaptor.

Garmin also do a Quest bike mount which comes with a wiring loom (if you have a motor bicycle) though I don't know if they are any good.
Let us know what you buy and how you get on! _________________ Gone fishing! |

Oh yes, I forgot about Touratech. They are beautiful mounts but very expensive. Ideal if you are doing the Paris to Dakar but possibly a bit over-engineered and over priced for my needs. 8O _________________ Gone fishing! |
