Hi, new to this forum so please excuse this question if it has already been asked!
Is anyone using the camera database with Navman ST v3 on either a 3450 or the new bluetooth systems?
I have been running a 3450 with an IPAQ 5550 originally with ST Pro, then upgraded to ST v2 a couple of years ago. Been running this setup for around 3 years both here and in the USA. Chose Navman because it allowed me to use the same system at home and state side which flows seamlessly from one map area to the next. Also used on the continent.
Would like to hear from anyone using the new v3 software with the camera database as I am now thinking of upgrading specifically to use the database? |

It works (our database) with SmartST v3, what specifically did you want to know? _________________ Darren Griffin |

I just wanted to check that v3 would work with my hardware as v3 was originally designed for the bluetooth system? |

I use V3 with my iPAQ 5555 (same as 5550) and my Navman SE sleeve. It also works with my Navman and Garmin BT units. The only thing I found was that it works better with an SD card; I suffered occasional lockups when using the CF slot in the sleeve. _________________ Tim |
