Hi there folks I am new here. We have a Tom Tom Go which is really good. However we tow a caravan. Some one has said that if we use the quickest rather than the shortest route it would be better and not take us into dangerous situations up narrow roads. Not being a techie I have tried to find how to make the Tom Tom plot quickest (I'm not sure if it is already set to that) but cant work it out. Any help re this would be fantastic and comments about routing for the caravan would help.

If you use the V5 upgrade there is the option to use Fastest, Shortest or avoid Motorways.
Fastest in the majority of cases will use Motorways whenever possible. _________________ Richard
