I have recently purchased an Xda IIs but cannot get the damn thing working with my TomTom bluetooth GPS receiver:-

I am using the latest ROM version on the Xda:-

ROM version 1.31.00 WE
Radio version 1.06.00
Protocol version 1337.38
ExtROM version 1.31.139 WWE

I have downloaded the latest version of the TomTom 3 Software for this device and so the GPS revision is v3.07 412/421.

I have paired the Xda with the reciever and it is set to use TomTom Wireless GPS and Bluetooth Serial Port COM5 for incoming data and COM6 for outgoing data.

The GPS receiver is fully charged and the blue light is on constant when it is connected to the Xda but the green light is blinking which I presume to mean that it cannot get a fix although it has been on constantly for several hours now.

When I open the TomTom software it reports GPS Position Unreliable.

The only option left for me to try is to completely drain the battery in the GPS receiver, which I assume will reset the device, and try again.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
