Help no voice prompts

Hi just bought a new ipaq rk3715 and installed tomtom navigator 3,everything is working fine apart from the fact i have no voice prompts.
Have reloaded the programme and re-installed the voice files but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you made sure your Pocket PC's volume slider is up? Can you find the wav files and play them in media player?

Hi thank's for the quick reply i have found the files but when i click on the file and press play nothing happens.

This means it's not TomTom's fault. Your PDA is set to mute. Change that and you'll hear those voices.
