Arrr 2210 help. Hard reset

Hi All,

I had just got my 2210 set up with tomtom, OS maps and Seeyou airmaps. all working great, then when i got it out of my pocket today it seams to have hard reset! I got the align screen page, and have lost all my programs, dates etc. Any idea why its done this???

Also when i put it into my activesync it wants to give it another name, and says pocketpc have been used (the old setup)!

Did i accidentally press hard reset buttons in my pocket?? its baffled me. I was just about to show someone how good pocket GPS is. embarrassing!!

to do hard reset you hold to buttons while holding the stylus maybe you left somthing runing which crashed the os what rom version should be 1.10

Hi it says version 1.00 when i soft reset. Do i need an update. how do i do this, and how easy is it??

What advantage has 1.10? mose stable?

do backup via active sync then dowload the the new rom image to your 2210 for the hp website the bt secutry update should be downloaded as well
