unrequested soft reset

Can anyone please help?
While I was away for 3 weeks my HP Ipaq 2210 performed a soft reset which was not requested. Now although all my Tom Tom and POI info is still on my SD and CF cards the Ipaq does not see any of the stored info and can not find it when requested. Is there any way I can get my program info back?

If the battery goes flat then that's what happens, you will need to do a restore via ActiveSync, that's if you did a FULL backup when all was OK before this, if not you will need to reload all the software as if it was a new unit.
