Street mapping through Europe

Is there any units that can actually do street mapping around europe. Every time I think hmm yes, I end up reading that you then have to change something at a border etc. I need to drive from Calais to 3 places around germany and back again (France->Belguim->Germany I expect the route to go)..

Any advice on a unit would be cool (And I leave on Monday!) Thanks!

The Navman iCN510 Premium (Full European map unlock) will do this. I'm pretty sure the Garmins will, too. My GPS V certainly does.
