Hi, I've been trying to set up the above all day with no joy. I can get the the HP2210 and TT talking but no matter where I go I can't get the satellite to lock. I get up to 6 satellites showing on the gps and perhaps it will connect for 1 sec then go off. I've had it on for 4 hours and still no lock. Any ideas out there |

Need a little more information to help here, what kind of GPS unit do you have, have you tried this outdoors, what version of TomTom, are the maps on SD or CF? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Ok, you need to be outdoors, it won't work inside. Put the maps on CF and any other files you use (e.g. .mps3's) put them on SD.
Launch TomTom and go outside, place the receiver somwhere with a good sky view, switch to the GPS Applet and give it up to 60 mins to get an initial fix. _________________ Darren Griffin |

There is a BT update driver for the 2210 but I'm sorry I can't remember where it is. |

Tried it all and I'm still getting nowhere. I don't think it's faulty because all the lights that should be flashing are. I' ve even remastered by laptop and put the software back on but to no avail. Any more suggestions? |
