TT3 - How do I easily remember a location?

I sometimes want to remember a location whilst traveling... I have added a hardware button to remeber the location, but then I find it hard to turn this into a POI... I have to navigate to the location, just so I can zoom to the route, I can then (in map view) identfy the point, and then turn it into a POI... there must be an easier way?

Can anyone help?

In map view, tap the "find" icon at the bottom of the screen (the one with the magnifying glass), select "recent location" on the next screen, and your recorded location should be available as an option. Select, the "ok", "show on map".

Then tap and hold on screen, "add as point of interest".
