Help needed bc307 hp2110

I have bought hp ipaq 2110 with tomtom 3 software and globalsat bc307x gps reciever. I have the led light on so gps is working but when press cold start just " $psrf " appears. On gps info it will not allow me to tick box for any of the nmea products on the list and the actual reciever i have is not on the list. can anyone help me in setting this up? When tomtom is activated it says gps disabled (presumably due to tick box)

$psrf actually puts the receiver is SiRF mode - not something you will want to do when you start with GPS (this is for the time when you have become an expert)

Use Crux_View to switch the receiver back into NMEA mode, and then try not to do factory resets or whatever activity it was that made the receiver switch.

Then in TomTom use "Standard NMEA 38400" and "Bluetooth COM Port " (normaly the last one in the list)
