Hi there,
I am rather new to all this technology, having bought a tomtom go recently. I found this site by accident and wow, what a find. I am very impressed with my tomtom, even more so now I have downloaded the "safety " camera POI`s. My question though is this... although nearly all the cameras I pass appear on screen, not all of them have the audio alert. What am I doing wrong ? is it software gremlins or something else ? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

You have to set the alert for each of the speed camera categories separately.

All it is, is that you need to enable the WARN NEAR POI for all of your Camera databases. There's quite a few and you just need to ensure that they all have an associated warning sound with them. Also, make sure they're all something like 279 yards away (and not something like 0 yards).
