using TomTom for Vehicle Tracking

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is anything out there that will allow me to connect to my GPS tracker via GSM and port the gps data into TomTom on my smartphone running windows 2003

I supply and install GPS vehicle trackers and would like to track vehicles on my mobile phone using TomTom.

I know it can be done but do not have the time to do it.
If there is anything out there please let me know.

as far as im aware ( and im probably wrong here) the only program that allows this is copilot 5
