Andy,
It's happening to me too - I too could get more from HP, but I rather suspect that they too will peel off - take a look at this site http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=111341 as I rather fancy a set of these little tinkers (look to the right of this web site and you will see that they are available in other colours too), and, as they screww in, they will not come off again
Just thought you might be interested
Regards

The original pair on my 2210 fell apart after a couple of months. The replacements, sent free by HP support as described above, have already lasted a year and still look pretty much as new.
(No doubt they'll now fall apart tomorrow...) _________________ Barry Davies

Mine fell apart after a couple of months.
After seeing the metal ones on the above link to expansys I brought a pair. Yes I could of got free replacements from HP but the metal ones are much better looking.
They are easy to fit and aren't any problem if you are using a in car cradle. |

My HP replacements have recently started to peel after about 6 months Called HP and was told that the free replacement only extended to a single set. I'm going to invest in some of the PPC Techs ones. _________________ Darren Griffin

The free rubber replacements are better than the original ones (replaced after 3 months) but my warranty replacements have recently started to 'ripple' at the lower edges as well.
The 2210 is just out of warranty now so once they fall off completely I may invest in some of the metal ones too. _________________ Ian.

Thanks to all who responded to my pleas!!!
Thought I would invest in a pair of those little metal blighters as they do look rather smart.
Cheers all,
