Can the information be shown on a Windows PC

As a total newbie I was wondering if there is any software which can used to display the location of the various speed cameras/traps etc on a PC running Windows XP without needing any GPS hardware Question

Microsoft Autoroute can import our database.

Any recent version, certainly 2002 onwards works.
