planning routes

does any of you super intelligent guys out there know of any programs that will plan routes with multiple waypoints?
im a service engineer and i get my work monthly. i was wondering if there is a program i can enter all addresses/post codes then program would calculate the best route round them all?
would it also be possible to transfer this to tom tom go ?
any help would be appreciated

at the moment no there isnt but according to the press release on the front page of the site an itnerary is included in the new hardware and software upgrade but planing would have to be done on the go not on your pc the only thing im aware of that will do this copilot5 for pocetpc there are no other software add ons for the go as its a closed system
