Has anyone found a good, small, waterproof durable container that would hold two AA Batteries as a backup for my hiking gps?
Best I've found is a double AA clip from a model shop, but it leaves them open to moisture and has external contacts. Anyone found a better container or pouch, just something I can slip into my pocket? |

Try looking at the Otterbox 1000 reviewed here http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/otterboxes.asp it may be a bit OTT for your requirements, but will certainly keep your batteries safe and dry. _________________ Mike Barrett |

Can you not just keep them in your pocket?
Or use a little polythene bag that you can "press and seal".

I just wrap mine up in a bit of insulation tape or duct tape.

I made one out of plastic pipe. Get the size you need and cut it to length and put solid caps on it. They usually fit pretty tight. You can glue one end if you want. |

Try here. Haven't checked it out.
It may be U.S. only, but it's a start.
