|
|
I currently have an RZ1710 and HP Navigator with wired GPS. I also have a Snooper S4 which alerts me to the road side cash machines. I am wondering if it is possible to hardwire the devices together?
Anyone out there any ideas?
Open to any suggestions. |

You are better off adding the POIs for the cash machines to your TomTom navigator on the 1715. _________________ Lutz

I think, by cash machines, he means speed cameras.
You can use the Pocket GPS World camera database with your HP Navigation Pack, but I don't believe there's any way to wire the two devices together. What would you want to achieve by wiring them together?

I am trying to cut down on the number of cables.
As for loading the POI for the cameras. The snooper s4 detects the mobile cameras laser and radar upto 2 miles away wheras the PDA system just alerts you to a possible location some yards away, by this time you could have been caught by laser. So I tend to think that the the PDA is some what useless when used for mobile cameras and spec system cameras.
