I have a problem loading the PDA (SD card 128MB and Co-Pilot Live 5) with updated information (GPS safety camera info). This is the 2nd update I have carried out and the first occasion time showed a similar problem but eventually loaded.

Loading a new region file, size 87MB, via ActiveSync shows expected memory requirement of 97MB (using quickstart) but available memory is indicated as <6.9MB and file obviously does not load. However PDA shows 62.82MB main memory and 119.98MB free in storage card. Selecting a very small file (a city) will not load into either storage card or main memory. Correct memory shown if I explore my desktop PC with Activsync. I did all the usual PDA tricks of stopping all programs and searching for files >64k etc.

Correct memory shown after hard reset to factory default but error given of "access violation address 00B33415 read address as 00000000" at the end of step 2 of 3 (building map-street names)and download stops.

Pse help.

Do not use ActiveSync for the transfers, use a storage card reader.
