Have just been playing around with the navman 510 I can set up a destination using the pre loaded poi but not my poi (the ones i have loaded) has anyboby else had this problem? or is it me?

I had no problem doing this. I selected Destination - POI and then My POI in the category. I keep hitting page button till my POI show up and select one and the go button and routes me there. |

Hi dpdurst
thanks for the reply, I have done as you have but none of the poi's that I have loaded show up. They are displayed on the map but just do not show up in the destination menu so therefore I am unable to select one to use as a destination. Any suggestions where I am going wrong here please. ps I can set up a route from the map and navigate to ok.

I did have this problem in that when viewing the POI's in the POI Editor all the names of the location were surrounded by brackets []. When I took away the first bracket in the editor it seems I can now navigate to them |

Thanks Browny you are right, mine had qutation marks, re-edited without qutation marks and now works out ok.
