What software do you wish to use on the iPAQ with the GPS?

Use "TomTom Wireless GPS" with whatever the outgoing Bluetooth serial port is (you can find this in the Bluetooth Manager - or by trial and error as one Bluetooth serial port is outgoing and one incoming).

You don't need to worry about the incoming Bluetooth serial port, no.
What is or isn't happening when you try to use your Bluetooth GPS? Can you find the Bluetooth GPS using the Bluetooth Manager?

That wouldn't be my choice of setting, but if it works, that's fine!
Personally, I'd use "TomTom Wireless GPS" in the top box.
