i know it's not a retail site ,but didn't know where else to put it so if it's wrong please delete
but i used them over the past week to have my ipaq repaired ,he did a good service and he did for me what ipaq wouldn't do and that was to replace the touchscreen only .
so if anyone does have problems give him a shout first _________________ TomTom 5001 |

Hi Andy,
No, that's fine for you to post that in this forum - I'm sure others will appreciate the recommendation if they are ever looking for somewhere to have their iPAQ repaired.
Glad you found the service satisfactory.
Regards,
Bo Peep. _________________ TomTom 730

I have just read the above, the day after sending my Ipaq off to them for repair, so will give further feedback later.
However I can say that I chose to use them after receiving very helpful, and timely, replies from them via e - mail.
With respect to HP, I am sure that they could have done the repair, full screen replacement, but they did not seem interested.
I contacted their helpline and spoke to a very helpful guy who took all my details, gave me a reference number and told me that someone from their repairs department would contact me within 5 days, still waiting weeks later.
When I rang again quoting the original reference number noone seemed to know what I was talking about

Would be obliged if the service is good, that you post a link to ipaq repair center. |

E mailed Nathan at Ipaq Repair at the beginning of the week to ask how long the repair would take.
He responded quickly to my e mail stating that it would be coming back to me at the end of this week.
Ipaq arrived "recorded delivery" this morning.
All working well again
I would therefore recommend the following
