Installing Navman Software onto 2 Ipaqs

Quick question regarding NAVMAN software recently purchased a NAVMAN 4410 so me and the missus could find our way around London.
We both own an ipaq 4150 each, however we only puchased 1 NAVMAN with software so when she needs the NAVMAN 4410 she can use it without using my ipaq and vice versa.

Can I run SmartST on both ipaqs - ive tried but the activation code only allows me to run on one ipaq - so whats going on ??
Ive purchased the NAVMAN 4410 and the software should allow me to install it on any of my devices ?
What will happen if i lose my ipaq will I always have to contact NAVMAN its not like their the best company for support i.e not 24hours support sent them an email last night still awaiting a response?

No, you have bought a licence for use of the software on one device only. If you want to use it on another device, you will need to buy another licence.
