FIX- TomTom Navigator 2004 (USA) & Other Bluetooth Devic

I've tried the remove TomTom ~ GPS and install older GPS driver (like 2.06) but it didn't work. I found this while scouring for a fix.

-install programs, do NOT modify tomtom in any way.

-tomtom should work, other GPS do not work at this point

-download registry editor http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/

-navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\Serial6 (or whichever port is yours)

-click the 'Dll' entry

-make sure Value name = Dll
change Value data = ---BTCEIF.DLL
to Value data = BTCEIF.DLL
(note, simply removing the --- at the beginning)

-soft reset and will work. tested for:
Tomtom navigator 2004, iNavigator 2.1, GPSTuner 4.0
