It's been suggested that I updated my version on TomTom to 3.07. However, I get the impression that this version is for HPs and Windows Mobile 2003. Given I'm running an Axim X5, under 2002(A04) can I upgrade to 3.07 - and will I get any benefit from doing so? |

I'm using a Medion 95000 (rebranded Mitac Mio 168) with the TT3.07 update and it works fine. Apart from incorporating all bugfixes in previous updates (3.03) it also significantly speeds up the address search function. So, yes, it's worth doing IMO. _________________ Medion 95000 | TT3.07 | Kingston 512MB SD |

OK thanks, I'll give it a try. Afterall, it can't be any worse than it is now!
Maybe I'll get TomTom to run for more than a few minutes! |

Good luck! However, if TomTom is hanging up that could indicate another underlying problem. Have you tried a different memory card with TomTom as lock-ups can often be attributed to a dodgy or incompatible SD card? _________________ Medion 95000 | TT3.07 | Kingston 512MB SD |
