No wonder their maps are so poor, it's almost impossible to report map errors!
The most serious error being that you can only select your 'product' from a list that they have defined, TomTom isn't included. It doesn't accept standard geo-coordinates that you get with GPS, and it insists on bombarding you with 101 different popups which by the time you've sorted out your popup blocker to let them in, the data you've just entered gets erased.
I've tried 5 times to report an error just now and failed, so I've given up. The map can stay wrong.

I must say i agree with you.
To add to the frustration, when you actually manage to submit an error it is not even acknowledged other than to immediately say 'Under analysis' when you log in with the reference ID.
Some of my submissions have been 'Under analysis' for over three months. _________________ Ian.

Mark,
Just to ensure you're looking at the same page as me, I've copied the link I use here. If you select Great Britain, Tomtom products are there. If you select United Kingdom, they aren't!!
Even though my product isn't listed, I select SmartST V2 and then put in the "Description" box what product I'm really useing, and suggest that they adjust their form. So far, however, they haven't.
Can I ask what format your coordinates are in? The Feedback form takes decimal degrees, so you need to add a '-' for South or West coords, and I think they ask for about 7 decimal places, so just fill the box with zeros if your coords don't offer 7.
Also, I always send .jpg screenshots, as I know that these are acepted; some other formats aren't.
Please persevere. Once you've done it once, it's easy, honestly. _________________ Tim

Aha! I always select UK for such things, as that is the country name. Weird they have it set up that way. But then if you think about it long enough it does make sense as TomTom doesn't cover Northern Ireland, ho hum.

Yes I figured out after a lot of puzzling that I needed two trailing zeros. That's a lot of accuracy they are asking for!

Don't have any screenshots to give unfortunately, I will have another go however.

Mark,
I agree with you on the UK thing. We obviously live in the same country. :D
Glad to see that you've submitted your report, though. Did you keep a record of its assigned Reference ID? If you did, you can see how your report is progressing as far as correction goes. _________________ Tim
