TomTom 3 Slow initialising

I have upgraded to TT3 for TT2 and found that in the last few weeeks it is taking longer and longer to get a fix.
Tonight i went on a ride from Sindlesham to Bracknell along the A329(m) and the blue indicators came on just as i was nearing home. Once they are up its another 5-10 mins before they go red and stsrt giving me a rading
Anybody else out there got this problem?

Sounds like a problem with your GPS to me - I think you need to tell the forum what sort is it and what settings have you got in the GPS screen....?
