I have tomtom mobile for Benelux & am thinking of buying the France maps for summer touring.
I have a large SD card, can I have both map sets on one memory card or will I have to use the seperate tomtom memory card for each.
If I can put them both on one memory card, how do I select the country like I can in TT3 on my PDA? |

yes you can have other maps installed on your memory card.
just copy the new map folder direct onto the mmc ..DONT put it in any folders
Then when you next start tomtom-mobile it will ask which map you want to load _________________ iPhone 3Gs 32GB

Does that mean I can also use major roads of Europe?
If this is the case, why don't TomTom offer the western Europe CD or major roads of Europe as upgrades? |

I can't seem to get it to work?!
I did egzactly as you said
I also expirience some strange behavior from TTM - I imported 3rd party POIs into the map dir but it ignores them. That wasn't the case few weeks ago but I don't remember changing anything. |
