Heated Windscreens & GPS

Before purchasing TT for my T3 I was told all kinds of horror stories about GPS not working through heated windscreens etc. I was even offered an arial to replace my exsisting radio arial that would allow the connection of GPS GSM and AM/FM nice price too!
However I took the plunge and decided to try it and see what happened, guess what, I have not had any problems whatsoever with GPS reception. Both with windscreen on or off. Hope this info is helpful to anyone with a heated windscreen. As for the TT Navigator. Fantastic. how did i live with out it??

I too have a car with heated windscreen and use a Medion95000(mio168 clone) and works fine, nearly always 6-9 sats shown.
