Which Navigation software

I apologise if this has been asked before, but I am proposing to buy some navigation software.
I have read a lot of the posts on the forum and the articles and have narrowed my choice to TomTom, SmartSt V3 (when released for PPC) and CoPilot V5.
I have an Ipaq 4150 with Fortuna ClipOn GPS.
Would someone please give me advice on accuracy, reliability, latest maps, ease of use, creating POIs etc.
At this time it would be for UK navigation only.
