Vito - SmartMap - Has anyone got a query answered?

I have a paid version of the software, which I can't get to work.
I am trying to build my own maps with MapMaker.
SmartMap tells me that I haven't done something correctly.
I get no help from their manual.
They don't answer Emails

Any ideas anyone.

(I can't find anything in the Forums)

I think the software could be good when/if it works.
