Just got off the phone to these guys.

I asked if i could purchase an Emtac BT GPS reciever & collect it as i live fairly local to them.

I was told by a very helpful guy that today is stocktake day & that he would have to ask his manager. He came back fairly quickly to me that his manager was unable to sell me one today as today is stocktake day :-(

I then explained that on the early hours of Monday morning im due to fly out of the country to Asia & wanted to have the Emtac with me.

Once again the guy went back to talk to his manger in light of my circumstances, taking a little longer this time. He came back with, at somepoint today there system could be opertaional as to be able to sell me one today. He asked for my phone number & said he would call me as soon as it was possible (if at all possible) to sell me one for collection today.

Lets see what happens

I did receive another phone call around 1530(ish) saying if i wanted, another guy would call me to keep me informed (as the current clerk's shift was due to finnish @ 1600).

I didn't receive another call :-(
