Conntecting Royaltek Blue GPS

Can I connect my Royaltek Blue GPS to a laptop? If so what's the best bluetooth hardware to add so it communicates w/ the Blue? I want to use it with MemoryMap Navigator software that I have I'm assuming I can run it on a lap top and connect w/ gps? Can I connect two devices, an iPAQ 4150 and laptop to one Royaltek Blue simualtaneously?

I've been using all this w/ great success on a ppc however looking into a lap top vs. desktop upgrade and this could be the deciding factor.... thanks
